F.R.E.S.H : Food, Re-Skilling, and Education in Sustainable Homesteading; these are the key points to all of Morning Star’s Sustainable Living Workshop Series and Educational Programs.
F.R.E.S.H. Members share a similar passion and understanding of the importance of sustainable living and environmental stewardship. Members are people who believe that sustainable living education is vitally important and are willing to take action to build a better and more sustainable world today.
The F.R.E.S.H. Program is part of the Community Supported Education (CSE) model. How we teach, what classes we offer, when we offer them; these are supported and enriched by you as a member in our Sustainable Living Workshop Series. As a F.R.E.S.H. Member, you enter into a relationship with us that goes deeper than just that of a “student”; being a CSE Member means being active in building a future for our community in sustainable education.
Our mission at Morning Star is to educate and re-skill all those who walk through our doors in the practical application of sustainable and self-reliant living. For as little as $20 per month, you too, can be a part of sustainability education for yourself and for your community.
